That's it, the long wait is over - Bassheads Massive 2011 is starting tomorrow, and it's on for - as usual - 9 days!

I won't go into details about the event, everyone who's been to a free party on a magnificent beach knows the deal and it's something that words are struggling to describe. That's why we'll try with sound and pictures - here is a small excerpt of the archive from last year:

Speaking about All That Bass, we did some live recordings on the first one and it's our pleasure to share these with you, to remind the ones who were there and to give the rest a taste for what you're going to get at ATB3

We did a small but devastating party on Boxing Day (which also happens to be my name day) in the Bassheads HQ in London. DJ Slasher was spinning the tunes till well after the morning and MCs Dekay and Spot were spitting heavy rhymes. Most the recordings were lost but here is a bit that survived:

Bassheads Massive 2010 approaching!

Here's a reminder of our sick plans for the summer - did anyone forget that the bass will be blasting on the beach for 9 days, from 7th to 15th of August.

Apart from the solid local support, we have two DJs from the UK confirmed, and maybe a few other international guests. Lineup will be posted shortly. As usual, the party will be on a gorgeous wild beach that will be announced a few days before the event. All sensible ravers welcome, all kinds of artists even more so (but contact us in advance to arrange performances).

The music will revolve around drum'n'bass and also dubstep, breakbeat, grime/funky/garage, dancehall, reggae and hiphop most of the time.

The area will be comfortable for camping and there will be cheap rooms in nearby villages.

Air Dance was smashing, thanks to BG Open Air Fans, the 25kw from ClearSound and last but foremost - you, the sick crowd!

I managed to not screw up my set despite people falling on the table and petrol-fuelled bush fires and the selection is definitely worth checking out, there are some fresh tunes along with some classics. The recording is with tolerable quality, albeit it's a bit crippled by some limiter along the way.
